Please Note
- As a romantic getaway for couples, we regret that we do not accommodate children/ guests under 18 years of age.
- Accommodation is restricted to two adults per unit only.
- An additional discount will be applied for self-catering bookings of 5 or more consecutive nights.
- Check-in is strictly after 2 pm and check-out is strictly by 10 am (N.B. Late check-out will incur an additional fee of R 250 p/h).
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of a no-show, premature departure or late arrival, the full cost of the booking is payable. The following cancellation terms are applicable.
- Bookings cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival – no fees will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- Bookings are only confirmed with a 50% deposit, balance payable 21 days from date of check-in. Bookings made without a deposit will be cancelled within 48 hours.
- PLEASE NOTE: Where guests have booked multiple units, a 60-day rule will apply to the above policy.
