What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. Any arrivals after 20:00 must be pre-arranged in advance, and a late check-in fee will apply.

We don’t provide transfers directly, but recommend:

Are the villas self-catering?
Yes. All villas are self-catering with the option to add meals and safaris to your booking.
Do all villas have river views?
Our Superior Villas overlook the Crocodile River, while the Deluxe Villas offer peaceful bush views.
Are meals included in the rate?
Only if specified in your booking. Meals can be pre-booked at least one week before arrival.
What are your meal times?
• Breakfast: 07:30 – 09:30
• Dinner: 17:30 – 19:30 (kitchen closes 19:30)
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, please let us know in advance so our kitchen can prepare accordingly.
Do you offer safaris into Kruger National Park?
Yes! We offer Morning, Afternoon, and Full-Day Safaris with experienced guides. Booking in advance is highly recommended.
Are park fees included?
Park fees are not included and will be invoiced with your safari booking
Can I request a private safari?
Yes, private safaris can be arranged on request, subject to availability and an additional surcharge will apply for a private safari
Are there wild animals around the lodge?
Yes, Marloth Park is home to freely roaming wildlife. It’s generally safe, but please avoid approaching wild animals.
Are game drive vehicles open?
Yes, we use open safari vehicles for the best viewing experience — don’t forget sunscreen and a hat!
Is the area malaria-free?
No, it’s a low-risk malaria area. Please consult your doctor for suitable preventative medication.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available at all villas.
Is there daily cleaning?
Yes, daily housekeeping is included unless you request privacy.
Where is the nearest shop?
The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are about 4 km away in the center of Marloth Park.
How do I confirm my booking?
A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. The balance is due 3 weeks before arrival.
Can I pay on arrival?
Unfortunately not. All bookings must be paid in full before arrival.
What if I need medical assistance?
The nearest medical facilities are in Komatipoort (25 minutes away). We can assist with emergency arrangements — please ensure you have valid travel insurance.
