    Cancellation Policy

    In the event of a no-show, premature departure or late arrival, the full cost of the booking is payable. The following cancellation terms are applicable:

    Bookings cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival – no fees will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

    Bookings are only confirmed with a deposit, balance payable 30 days from date of check in.
    Bookings made without a deposit will be cancelled.

    No POSTPONEMENT request falling within the 30 days before check-in will be entertained under any circumstances. Short notice cancellations and postponements are hard to fill, and would have a negative impact on our income, so we are unable to show any lenience in these circumstances.

    PLEASE NOTE: Where guests have booked multiple units, a 60 day rule will apply to the above policy.

    Mark et Gail sont des personnes fantastiques. Le Lodge est remarquablement bien conçu…C’est un petit coin de paradis !... Nous sommes restés 3 jours et avons eu le plaisir et l’honneur de faire 2 safaris avec Mark…Une personne qui a de belles valeurs qu’il sait partager. Un homme et une femme qui ont une vision d'avenir pour préserver ce formidable parc. Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr ! Sylvie et Olivier Mark and Gail are fantastic people. The lodge is remarkably well designed...It's a little piece of heaven! We stayed 3 days and had the pleasure and honor to do 2 safaris with Mark...A person who has great values that he knows how to share.     I stayed in the tshukudu luxury lodge (via Airbnb) and was honestly in awe of how beautiful the place is. The bathtub... is goals! Very relaxing and peaceful. Gail and Mark and all staff were so amazing and accommodative. Had the best t-bone ever! I also went on a private game drive that they helped to organise and I was super thrilled to see all the big 5 in one drive! 100% would recommend and will visit againread more

    I would not go anywhere else when staying in Marloth Park. I absolutely love the luxury self catering units and its... private splash pool. We loved the all day game drives on offer and we ended going on them instead of doing our own self drives. It was extremely comfortable and we had the most amazing sightings... 9 leopards in 3 drives, how amazing! Mark and Gail are aways avaliable and are great hosts. Most importantly at the moment they take their guests safety very seriously with COVID and you know they have gone through all the procedures to ensure you are safe and comfortable. It was our 2nd time there and it keeps getting better!read more

    My wife and I spent 4 nights here for our Honeymoon and enjoyed every second of it. Gail and Mark were amazing hosts... that went out of their way to make us feel at home and arranged 4 amazing Safari's for us too. Not only did we love this place, Alice stole our hearts as well. Would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice outing that is close to The Kruger National Park.read more

    My husband and I spent 3 nights at Foxy Crocodile Bush Retreat and had a fantastic experience. Without a doubt one of... the favorite lodges we have stayed during our time in South Africa. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Gail, Marc and their team and handed hot refresher towels to clean our hands which was a lovely touch. Gail & Marc had gone to so much effort to make our stay perfect! They had our names written on our lodge door with a personalised Honeymoon message for us which was such a lovely gesture. They had also organised for us some champagne, flowers and some delicious snacks for when we had arrived! Nothing was too much trouble for Gail & Marc, they were fantastic hosts. The lodges has a magical setting beside the river and next to the Kruger National safari park. We saw Hippo’s taking a dip in the river while watching the elephants grazing in the long grass. Lodges were beautiful & very clean. We enjoyed the pool, the cool rooms and the ambience of the outdoor seating area. A fantastic, romantic getaway in the bush.
